Product type & name : Buildwrap P – 3mm thick – APP modified bituminous polymeric membrane / Buildwarp SBS -1.5mm thick SBS modified self adhesive membrane with cross laminated high density polyethylene film as reinforcement.

1. Surface preparation involving cleaning of the surface to ensure a clean, smooth and dry surface. ( ON PCC )

2. Injection grouting with cement slurry admixed with BUILD NSG – non shrink grouting admixture on the construction joints & areas adjoining to vertical lift.

3. Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen based primer BUILDPRIME @ 0.3lit/sqmon the entire surface.

4. Providing & laying 3mm thick – APP modified polymeric / 1.5mm thick self adhesive SBS modified membrane. The membrane will be taken over the fillets for the vertical surface on the positive side and to be terminated on the ground level under the tiles. APP modified to be fixed using torch on process & the SBS membrane is fixed just by pulling the cover & pressing it down with hand..

1. Surface preparation involving cleaning of the surface to ensure a clean, smooth and dry surface. In case of corrugated roof, Cutting of ‘ J ’ hook in case of longer hooks. The same to be treated with two layers of membrane one on the other.

2. Providing & laying a coat applied bitumen based primer BUILDPRIME @0.3lit/sqm on the entire surface.

3. Providing & laying of APP based polymeric membrane ( BUILDWRAP P 3mm ) with Non Woven Polyester mat as reinforcement on primed surface by torch on application with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing all overlaps and joints. The membrane will be taken & shall be finished by taking uptil the end and thereafter continuing it in the vertical surface of the concrete finishing the same.
