PRODUCT TYPE & NAME : 3/4mm thick APP based polymeric membrane BUILDWRAP P with non woven polyester as reinforcement.

1. Surface preparation involving cleaning of the surface to ensure a clean, smooth and dry surface. ( ON PCC )

2. Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen based primer BUILDPRIME@0.3lit/sqm on the entire surface.

3. Providing & laying of BUILDWRAP P -3mm by torch on process with an overlap of 75mm at the sides & 100 mm at the ends and sealing all overlaps and joints. The membrane will be taken over to the vertical surface with overlaps on the positive side and the same shall be finished by taking the membrane to a height not below ground level (as per drawing).

4. The exposed side on the back side to be protected using thermocol sheets of 12 - 15mm thickness.

5. The membrane on the horizontal level to be protected using 20mm thick cement mortar before construction of raft.
